It is my great pleasure to share that our in-house researchers have attained 1 Best of the Best award, 3 gold awards and 1 bronze medals from 12 research projects participated at the International Conference and Exposition on Inventions by Institutions of Higher Learning (PECIPTA 2019).PECIPTA 2019 attracts participation from 694 participants; 301 from public universities, 90 from private institutions, 12 from international institutions, 8 from other institutions, 18 from STEM, 27 from special education innovation, 18 groups consisting of 54 students from FAST4ward: IOT Racing, 12 groups consisting of 59 members from Fraunhofer Makethon, 103 students from IME Solidworks Design Competition and 22 exhibitors from industries and government agencies.UNIMAS inventions at the PECIPTA 2019 and their awards are as below:BEST of the BEST Award:1. PESTA AIR PUTRAJAYA 2019
Tarikh: 28-29 September 2019
Tempat: Putrajaya Water Sports Complex, Precint 6Atlet kayak UNIMAS telah beraksi cemerlang semasa menyertai Pesta Air Putrajaya 2019. Gabungan mantap atlet UNIMAS dan atlet DBKL telah berjaya membolot tiga (3) emas dalam acara Dragon Boat Mix 22 paddlers, Dragon Boat Mix 12 paddlers & Dragon Boat Men 22 paddlers. Di samping itu, dalam acara kayak turut menyumbang pingat gangsa acara K2 500m (Open Category). Tahniah juga diucapkan kepada Jurulatih Hamdan Mohamad yang telah melatih atlet kayak UNIMAS serta memberi tunjuk ajar dalam sukan kayak dan lumba perahu (dragon boat).
