    31 Mei 2019, Kota Samarahan: Satu majlis ringkas meraikan pelajar Latihan Praktikal daripada UiTM, Kampus Samarahan telah disempurnakan oleh En. Zambari Hj Baijuri, Timbalan Pengarah , Pusat Sukan UNIMAS pada 31 Mei 2019 (Jumaat) bertempat di Komplek Sukan UNIMAS.

    Pelajar yang terlibat adalah Nur Atikah binti Yahya dan Syafina binti Sarkawi (Ijazah Sarjana Muda Sains Sukan) daripada Fakulti Sains Sukan & Rekreasi, UiTM Kampus Samarahan. Mereka telah menjalani Latihan Praktikal di Pusat Sukan UNIMAS bermula pada 11 Mac 2019 sehingga 31 Mei 2019.

    Bagi pihak warga Pusat Sukan UNIMAS mengucapkan ribuan terima kasih dan selamat maju jaya kepada mereka berdua pada masa yang akan datang .

    Kota Samarahan, 31 May 2019: Universiti Malaysia Sarawak (UNIMAS) created another milestone in making its visibility at the global scene when a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the UNIMAS and Beijing Wuzi University, China, was signed in a simple ceremony at Rumah Universiti, this morning.

    The MoU document was signed by UNIMAS Vice Chancellor Professor Datuk Dr Kadim Suaidi and Vice President Beijing Wuzi University, Professor He Mingke and witnessed by Deputy Vice Chancellor (Academic and International) UNIMAS, Professor Dr.Ahmad Hata Rasit and Vice Dean School of Economics Beijing Wuzi University, Professor Yuan Lingling.

    Also present at this event was Minister for Local Government and Housing Sarawak, Datuk Dr. Sim Kui Hian.

    UNIMAS Vice Chancellor, Professor Datuk Dr Kadim said academic and research collaboration between the two universities will help to elevate the level of expertise among researchers and academicians.

    He added that the MoU will also benefit the students as it will give them the opportunity to enrich their knowledge and experience by participating in future programs organized by both parties.
