ACCA, Sunway College Kuching and Ernst & Young participated in a joint student seminar involving second and third year Accounting students. ACCA gave a briefing on the ACCA Accelerate program, Sunway presented their professional program pathway and Ernst & Young gave a career-related talk.

There is a meeting between UNIMAS and ACCA, discussing on some of the pathways the Accountancy students from Unimas, who may want to proceed to do ACCA while still undertaking undergraduates program. UNIMAS has obtained full exemption from ACCA for the newly intake accountancy students into UNIMAS. Under the new syllabus the qualified students may only do the last 4 ACCA papers once they completed UNIMAS Accountancy program.
