Jumaat, 20 April 2018: UNIMAS telah menerima kunjungan hormat Naib Canselor Universiti Teknikal Malaysia Melaka (UTEM) bersama isteri dan lawatan penadaarasan Pejabat Pengurusan dan Perhubungan Canselori ke UNIMAS Global. Delegasi UTEM diketuai sendiri oleh YBhg Prof. Datuk Ts. Dr. Shahrin bin Sahib, Naib Canselor UTEM dan isteri YBhg Datin Fadzilah binti Salim dan turut serta adalah Pn Fadzilah Ithnin, Pengarah dan 20 orang staf Pejabat Pengurusan dan Perhubungan Canselori UTEM. Sesi perkongsian telah dibuat di Staff lounge UNIMAS dan seterusnya delegasi ini melawat ke Pejabat UG dan DeTAR PUTRA sebelum kembali ke Kuching.

We had a fruitful discussion on career collaboration with the London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) at FEB today.
The team were from LSEG Human Resources, London: 1. Ms Uzma Orooj and 2. Ian McFadyen;

LSEG Malaysia is Kuching based and is the London Stock Exchange Group’s biggest office in Asia. Having extensively expanded their premises in the Tun Jugah Tower in Kuching, they are aggressively recruiting graduates with business, financial and accounting degrees, although candidates with degrees in other disciplines could be considered.
Looking forward to our next step of MoU.

A volunteerism week, Titian Kasih FEP 2018 was organized by FEP Prihatin with collaboration from the Society of Marketing (SMART), Persatuan Mahasiswa Fakulti Ekonomi dan Perniagaan (PERFEP), Society in Corporate Management (SICMA) and AkUsahawan had successfully organized various charity drive, namely for Majlis Kanser Negara (MAKNA), Rumah Kanak-kanak Toh Puan Hajah Norkiah and Chesire Homes. Various activities included in the program are volunteerism talk, self-breast examination demo & screening and general medical checked up - Thank you to Pusat Kesihatan UNIMAS, blood donation drive - Thank you to Blood Bank Unit, Serian Hospital, cancer exhibition, booth sales (Henna, handicrafts and games), and lunch hour musical performances. Throughout the week various donations (cash, clothes, groceries, sanitary items & of course bloods!) were successfully collected from kind and amazing people of UNIMAS. We love YOU!
