Management Course for College Leaders (MCCOLL) 2018 merupakan kursus tahunan yang dianjurkan oleh Jawatankuasa Pengetua Kolej Kediaman UNIMAS. MCCOLL bertujuan untuk memperkasakan dan membentuk nilai kepimpinan di kalangan ahli Jawatankuasa Perwakilan Kolej Kediaman. Penganjuran siri ke 13 kali ini membawa tema Disruptive Leadership: Impact & Challenges yang diketuai oleh pengurusan Kolej Dahlia. Seramai 70 orang peserta  dari 10 buah kolej kediaman akan berkampung di Borneo Tribal Village, Bau pada 5 hingga 7 Oktober 2018. Sempena dengan MCCOLL 2018 akan turut diadakan program kesukarelawanan iaitu Leaders Outreach ke Kampung Buso, Bau di mana akan berlangsung berlangsung gotong royong, sumbangan Back To School, sumbangan asnaf, pemeriksaan kesihatan percuma dan perkongsian ilmu.

The aim of this certification programme is to provide managerial level personnel (Managers,Supervisors, potential Supervisors, and Professional Level Staff) with skills and knowledge required to effectively carry out their responsibilities. The programme develops a personal awareness of the human resources, activities, and management issues involved in achieving results in a challenging and dynamic work environment.

The programme further focuses on developing skills through practical activities such as structured exercises, group discussions, and case studies. It concentrates on the leadership actions for developing a team but also includes the key management skills of decision making, problem solving, performance analysis, conflict management, motivation and presentation.
