MCCOLL 2018 helps students to build leadership skills

Bau, Sarawak- 70 students represented 10 residential colleges of Universiti Malaysia Sarawak (UNIMAS) for Management Course for College Leaders (MCCOLL) 2018 at Borneo Tribal Village, Bau, Sarawak. It is an annual course organized by Jawatankuasa Pengetua Kolej Kediaman, UNIMAS. MCCOLL which was held from 5th to 7th October 2018 aims to build leadership skills among the newly appointed Jawatankuasa Perwakilan Kolej. The organization of 13th MCCOLL with the theme of ‘Disruptive Leadership: Impact and Challenges’ was led by Kolej Dahlia UNIMAS. Volunteerism slot was embedded in MCCOLL module for the first time entitled ‘CSR: Leaders Outreach’ which was held in SK Buso and Masjid Darul Ehsan, Kampung Buso, Bau. Varieties of activities were organized including gotong-royong, free health screening, ‘Back to School’ donation, knowledge sharing session and donation to the ones in need.
