Kindergarten Teachers Attend First Aid, CPR & AED Course in UNIMAS

19th March 2018: As part of its corporate social responsibility, the Clinical Simulation Centre, Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, UNIMAS conducted a special first aid, cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and automated external defibrillator (AED) course for a group of kindergarten teachers. The 1-day training session conducted in collaboration with HIKMAH, Kuching trained a total of 18 kindergarten teachers on the essential skills for managing common medical emergencies, performing lifesaving CPR and use of AEDs. The teachers attending the training took a highly commendable proactive role in ensuring their personal proficiency to respond to medical emergencies and enhancing safety at their workplaces.
