IMPORTANT NOTICE
TO COURSEWORK STUDENT
APPEAL TO CONTINUE STUDY AFTER GIVEN “FAILED AND TERMINATED” (GB) STATUS FOR SEMESTER 1-2017/2018
Please take note of the following information:-
1. 2nd February 2018 (Friday) – Termination letter will be issued to the student.
2. 2nd February 2018 (Friday) to 12th February 2018 (Monday) –Submission of Appeal Letter to:
Dean
Centre for Graduate Studies Universiti Malaysia Sarawak (UNIMAS) 94300 Kota Samarahan, Sarawak.
3. Payment of RM50.00 for processing fee must be made payable to UNIMAS Holding Sdn. Bhd (Account No: 2-11128-0000180-3/RHB Bank Sdn Bhd). Please attach a copy of receipt together with your application.
4. Application received after 12th February 2018 will not be considered.
5. Notification of appeal results will be issued on the 19 th February 2018 (Monday)
