KOTA SAMARAHAN, 22 August 2017 : Sarawak State Secretary, Tan Sri Datuk Amar Haji Mohamad Morshidi Abdul Ghani delivered keynote address at the Skilled Human Capital Development Conference (SHCDC) 2017, at DeTAR PUTRA UNIMAS, this morning.
SHCDC2017 focuses on four tracks of discussion which were talent management, organizational change, human resource practices, and technical and vocational education.
Other speakers today include the Secretary General of Human Resource Ministry, Dato' Sri Adenan Ab. Rahman and the President of the Canadian Centre for Management Development, The Honourable Jocelyne Bourgon.
Tomorrow keynotes will be deliver by the Dean and Managing Director of IIUM-Business School and IIUM-CRESCENT, Professor, Dr AAhad M. Osman-Gani and Vice-Chancellor of UNIMAS, Prof. Dato' Dr Mohamad Kadim Suaidi respectively.
These speakers discussed “Talent Management and Sarawak State Civil Service Experience”, “Manpower Planning and Green Human Resource”, “From Conflict to Harmony Human Resource Practices” and “Transforming Higher Education to Meet Human Capital Needs: UNIMAS Experience”.
SHCDC was organized by UNIMAS in collaboration with the Ministry of Human Resource, Sarawak State Government, Human Resource Development Fund (HRDF), Skills Development Fund Corporation, CEO@Faculty, Leadership Institute and Yayasan Serian.
