Kota Samarahan, 11th October 2018 – Faculty of Engineering, Universiti Malaysia Sarawak (UNIMAS) hosted a research grant and scholarship presentation ceremony from Osaka Gas Foundation of International Cultural Exchange (OGFICE). OGFICE is presented by Mr. Hiroshi Sumitomo; Executive Director OGFICE and Ms. Harusa Yamamoto. There are 12 students of the Faculty received the scholarships from OGFICE. Apart from that, six faculty’s members received research grant with the theme “Energy and Environment”. The grant leader briefed the OGFICE delegates on the research works and projects under the grant. The projects areas including water reticulation, rainwater harvesting, smart system, mechanical device for agriculture and etc.
