A super happy day for Cinematography FACA Unimas, Faculty of Applied & Creative Arts (FACA) UNIMAS, Universiti Malaysia Sarawak (UNIMAS) today!
In recent Pitching session for Micro Fund by Perbadanan Kemajuan Filem Nasional Malaysia (FINAS) at Sarawak FINAS Branch, FACA lecturers & Students had received a total of 8 grants from FINAS Micro Grants for short films and documentaries. The Micro-Fund is designed to support content creators who are focused on developing video content for consumption on a mobile platform (tablets and smart-phones). The funding will help to support their efforts in ensuring that the stories are designed for the mobile consumption and distribution medium which favors smaller screens and quick downloads or compressed streaming architectures.
