IMPORTANT NOTICE
TO COURSEWORK STUDENT
APPEAL TO CONTINUE STUDY AFTER GIVEN “FAILED AND TERMINATED” (GB) STATUS FOR SEMESTER 2-2017/2018
Please take note of the following information:-
1. 19th July 2018 (Thursday) – Termination letter will be issued to the student.
2. 19th July 2018 (Thursday) to 8th August 2018 (Wednesday) – Submission of Appeal Letter to:

Universiti Malaysia Sarawak (UNIMAS)
94300 Kota Samarahan
Sarawak.
3. Payment of RM50.00 for processing fee must be made payable to UNIMAS Edu Sdn. Bhd (Account No:561239608898/MayBank Islamic Berhad). Please attach a copy of receipt together with your application.
4. Application received after 8th August 2018 (Wednesday) will not be considered.
5. Notification of appeal results will be issued on the 20th August 2018 (Monday).
